Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of ContentFlow at https://contentflow.fyi. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

2. What the service does

ContentFlow generates draft social media posts from your input, stores them, schedules them, and publishes them to the accounts you connect. Supported platforms are Instagram, Threads and Telegram.

Generated text and media are drafts. You review them before publishing, and you remain the author of everything published from your account.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials private — actions taken through your account are treated as yours.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country, and you must comply with the rules of every platform you connect. If a platform suspends your account, we cannot publish on your behalf.

4. Your content and what you may not publish

You own the content you upload and the posts you publish. We store and process it only to run the service for you.

You may not use ContentFlow to create or publish:

• content that breaks the law of your country or the rules of the platform you publish to
• content that impersonates another person or organisation
• content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
• spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or automated engagement schemes
• sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, or hate speech

We may suspend an account that uses the service for the above. Where the violation is not obvious, we will contact you first.

5. AI generation

Drafts are produced by language models. Model output can be wrong, outdated, or unintentionally similar to existing text. Check facts, figures and claims before publishing — you are responsible for what goes out under your name.

We do not guarantee that generated text is unique, and we do not guarantee any particular business result from publishing it.

6. Plans, credits and payment

The service has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; we do not store your card details.

Media generation is paid for with generation credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and additional credits can be bought in packs. How credits work:

• plan credits are granted at the start of each billing period and do not carry over to the next one
• purchased credits are added on top of the plan allowance and are spent after it
• credits are reserved when a generation starts and returned if it fails
• credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts

Prices are shown before payment. If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Unused generation credits are not refunded when a subscription ends. If a payment was taken in error, or the service was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, contact aitkalirassul@gmail.com — we will review it and refund where warranted.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and platform API changes can interrupt publishing.

Instagram, Threads and Telegram are independent services. Their rate limits, API changes and account restrictions are outside our control and can prevent a scheduled post from going out.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or damage caused by content published from your account.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event.

10. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks section 4, that is used to abuse the service technically, or where payment fails repeatedly.

After deletion we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy at https://contentflow.fyi/privacy.
